Wovel was born out of our own daily challenges at Skcript, a company that has been in business for more than 13 years. For years, our support team has been the bridge between our customers and our products, answering questions, solving issues, and making sure people feel taken care of. Along the way, we realized that most tools built for support teams aren't made by people who actually live that life every day.

So, we decided to build one ourselves.

Wovel is being built by the same team that runs support at Skcript. The same people who handle hundreds of live chats every single day for FeatureOS. We know exactly what it feels like to balance speed, empathy, and clarity because we do it every day.

We're not building this from the outside looking in. We're in the trenches with you: every chat, every ticket, every long day that ends with one happy customer. That's what drives us.
